PB policies at a Glace
Mess-Friendly Clothing: Art can get messy—please dress your child in clothes and shoes that can get dirty.
Safety First: PB uses a variety of art tools and materials. Children must use them safely and never consume materials. Children must be able to participate safely and may not run inside the studio.
Photo & Video Permission: PB may photograph or record classes and events for promotional use. You have the option to opt out at check out.
Participation & Liability: Enrollment confirms permission to participate and releases PB from liability.
Stay Connected: By enrolling, you agree to receive PB email updates, you do have the option for otherwise :)
Camp Policies
Health: Sick children should stay home. If a child shows symptoms, parents will be contacted for pickup. No illness-related refunds.
Age Requirements:
Camps: 5+ years old (must meet age requirement by stated deadline).
Camp Cancellations:
Refunds available (minus $100 deposit) if canceled 30+ days prior. Late cancellations are nonrefundable
Class Policies Health:

No refunds, credits, or make ups for any missed classes for any reason.
Makeup classes only offered in limited situations
Members can cancel membership before the 1st of the month by notifying the studio.
Code of Conduct
We kindly ask you to remind your children that we welcome them with great joy, kindness, love, and respect, and we expect the same from them toward one another and our facilitators. If any inappropriate behavior or language is used, we will contact you, and in some cases ask you to pick up your child, as we aim to maintain a respectful and safe environment for everyone. If you are asked to pick up your child half way any activity we will not be offering a refund or credit.
Cancellation policies
The studio does not offer any refunds or make-ups for any missed classes missed camps and deposits for cancelled parties by the client for any reason.
